Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Pluffz! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping practices.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days after processing
- Total estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for tracking information to update.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shoppluffz@gmail.com.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Pluffz is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your front office
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoppluffz@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pluffz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at shoppluffz@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. To cancel, email shoppluffz@gmail.com with your order number.
